The Educational Project of the IES Puerta Bonita considers it essential to promote international actions and projects to improve the professional qualification of the students and staff of the center, prioritizing inclusive and quality VET, perfecting the knowledge of the new educational, social, economic and professional realities at an international level, especially in Europe, promoting mobility, projects and networks with foreign professionals, institutions and companies, and this project has contributed greatly to this. The experience and networks built through Erasmus+ pave the way for us to continue this project. The development of student mobility for internships in companies responds to the following needs: - An international professional profile for participating students. - An organizational challenge for the center which in turn sees the perspective of labor and professional insertion of all students broadened. - A challenge of continuous improvement in the quality of training for the entire educational team. - Improving knowledge of languages. - The construction of the feeling and the idea of Europe, closer and more real for the entire educational community.
The main goal for requesting the project 2020-1-ES01-KA116-080238 "PROFESSIONALS FOR EUROPE'S CREATIVE INDUSTRY" has been for middle-grade students from the "Image and Sound" and "Graphic Arts" professional families to develop training mobilities , through different partner organizations -schools, institutions and/or companies-, to complete their training, taking the Training in Work Centers (FCT) module in company and carrying out the professional tasks corresponding to their professional profile in a company of the sector. At the same time, the project helps to promote the mobility of students as part of a broader employability strategy, which allows them to directly learn about the labor market of other European countries, their culture, their way of life and, simultaneously, also improve their linguistic abilities. The project has as a subsidiary objective to provide a broader life and professional experience, in an international context.
