Our project is focused on carrying out mobilities in European companies in the educational sector of our studies. We are interested in our students acquiring key skills for their personal and professional development. We carry out these projects in line with our Internationalization plan where we develop a series of goals, among which it is worth highlighting: - To improve the employability or continuity of studies of people with disabilities. - To consolidate the key skills of vocational training students. - To improve the linguistic competence of students and vocational training teachers. - To strengthen the European spirit in the participants and throughout the educational institution. The mobilities we carry out help to achieve these objectives. In fact, the degree of satisfaction from the experience has been very high, and all the participating students are currently doing higher education or working. In addition, in this project we more directly involved teachers for an observation period in a Serbian institute, achieving other of the goals of our Erasmus plan, which is to promote lifelong learning among teachers.
The Dales La Palabra Foundation, through the Tres Olivos School in Madrid, has been participating in European projects since 2015 in the Vocational Training level. It is a preferential integration center for students with hearing disabilities. From the beginning we seek to offer mobility to European companies to our students, promoting access to all our students, reducing economic or communication barriers. In 2018 we obtained the Erasmus+ VET Mobility Charter (2018-1-ES01-KA109-051189) consolidating our internationalization plan for the center. We want our students to be eager and able to participate in a mobility in Europe. We offer two medium-level training cycles: Pharmacy and Parapharmacy; and Microcomputer Systems and Networks. We believe that European mobilities promote the acquisition of skills that facilitate access to the labour market. In addition, we are interested in teachers participating in observation periods to implement our study plans and foster collaboration networks. We want to spread the European spirit among students and teachers, value the opportunities that Europe offers us and become an innovative, international, and high-quality center.
