They are summarized in the following points:- Internationalization of education at the intermediate level of vocational training.- Promotion of intermediate vocational training of our center through the development of European programs.- promotion of the exchange of good practice between European vocational training professionals.- improvement of the motivation of the VET teachers of our center.- Transfer of innovative practices in education within the Food Industries.- Improvement of the employability of students by developing good practices in companies of recognized prestige.
The aim was to bring intermediate vocational training to Europe. The students of CFGM of bakery, confectionery and confectionery find a motivation in this type of projects since both those who have traveled to France, to one of the best pastry shops in the world, and those from Italy, have found a motivation to develop their studies with greater involvement in order to obtain the qualifications and results that would provide them with this possibility.The project is a center project and as such also entails great advantages when it comes to becoming another claim for students who want to start in vocational training.It is therefore one more commitment of the center for the internationalization of education, specifically in one of the sectors that most suffer from it, intermediate vocational training and in the family of food industry. The bakery CFGM has students who mostly come from basic level training cycles and who could hardly think of doing training stays in Europe given their low qualification in languages.The request for this project has made them change the prism with which they see their training.
