The main objectives when applying for the project are: Facilitate internships in European companies for students and staff at the center. Expand the number of countries within the network of European partners and manage to increase the number of companies and institutions where both students and teachers can go to carry out mobility. Improve the student selection process, and reinforce their preparation before mobility.
The CIFP Majada Marcial has an extensive participation in European projects. It is intended to continue with it and increase the number of participants who could carry out mobility to other European countries, both for teachers and administration and services staff, as well as for students and graduate students. The main objective of the project was to facilitate the realization, during 1-2 months, of part of the Training in Work Centers (FCT) in European companies to students of 2nd year of intermediate degree cycles of different professional families or practices for recent graduates. , and facilitate jobshadowing periods for teachers. It is intended, with the participation in Erasmus+, to expand the knowledge acquired, to learn new working methods. At the same time, it allows improving the professional and social skills of students in the work environment, the language skills of all participants, promoting employability in other European countries and promoting the internationalization of education.
