From our educational center and as coordinator of the activity I have to say that our objectives are met, that we consider essential to assess the success achieved, the experience with the participants, conversations held and daily contact in which they tell you about their experience. From the start of the proposal, our main objective was to develop in our students a professional, social and personal competence and to acquire an identity and maturity that facilitates their future labor insertion, giving our participating students more opportunities to increase their employment possibilities. ; and consequently the participants have had the opportunity to get to know another country European their cities, people, customs and forms of organization, thus improving their language training and language skills, showing difficulties at the beginning but after a few days they feel more confident in the practice of a new language. We start from the importance of this type of initiative for the enrichment of our educational environment and thus be able to allow our students to benefit educationally, linguistically and culturally from these European experiences that contribute significantly to making them future professionals who are better qualified, with open minds, better listening skills and international experience. As previously mentioned, one of the objectives is the improvement of linguistic training, it must be highlighted, since our participants have acquired listening and reading comprehension, oral interaction and oral and written expression in the Portuguese language, which prior to their stay they did not have, and due to the geographical location of our environment, it is highly valued when seeking employment, as it is a border area and close to Portugal. As mentioned above, they begin their mobility with fears about understanding the language, fears that disappear in the first week. It is also important to highlight that the students do not rule out the possibility of continuing their training at the official language school in the language learned during their stay, Portuguese.
From the IES Santa Lucía del Trampal educational center we continue to develop actions that enable an eminently practical, specialized professional training, adapted to new changes and advances, and above all, that maintains a very strong link with the business world, always taking into account the social reality, proof of this is the VT in Dual modality that we have been teaching for two years and that we begin for this new course with another training cycle. Our work as teachers cannot be left out of the internationalization process, we believe that it is the best means for our students to obtain competitive qualities to live, work and interact at a European level, since our future participants acquire from the host country and they transport to it their culture, their way of life, their customs, their educational system, especially when it comes to students from rural environments who have not had the possibility of leaving their environment prior to the development of these mobilities. It is essential to develop quality training that offers internships in companies that achieve a comprehensive training of the students, who understand not only the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom, but also how to develop it in real life, and which will serve to enter the labor market, with a minimum of experience. In addition, if the acquisition of knowledge through internships is carried out in a European framework, we are favoring the students' social and professional insertion, it also implies learning how the work is carried out outside their country and also implies the acquisition of the language of the host country. The educational center, beneficiary of this initiative, always seeks to improve the preparation of our students and it is clear that the implementation of these projects is always a benefit for them, reason enough to request this type of initiative, which we have been doing at a higher level. for three years and to an average degree for 12, and every year we try to advance and improve qualitatively and quantitatively in mobilities. We have had difficulties during these two years for obvious reasons derived from the health situation, having to request extensions of the execution period, but we return to normality and with as much desire and enthusiasm as always.
