In this Project, as in all the Erasmus+ projects that the Center has, the Educational Community is involved and in which we have set ourselves the objective of responding to the current demands of the labor market, taking into account the existing needs. With this project that arises with the following objectives: - Obtain professional experience demanded of job applicants. - Acquire new skills (language, new technologies, etc.) under the framework of the European Community. - Establish intercultural, social and labor relations with the different agents that intervene in the process of practices. - Expand future employment expectations and improve the employability of recent graduates. This project consists of 3 mobilities to carry out the FCT in companies in Portugal, more specifically in Porto. The results have been very satisfactory, according to both the participants and their families, as well as the host companies. The objectives set have been met. The Center has exercised control and management of the Project directly.
It is a commitment from the center of its internationalization and we also have a commitment to Erasmus+ 2021 - 2027, a fact that has granted us Accreditation. We have extensive experience at the Center with European programs, and it was precisely in the Vocational Training stage that participation in European programs began. We believe that we give the possibility of carrying out the FCT, in a different country, and this makes the participants have a differentiating factor with respect to others who do not have this opportunity, providing a plus for future job offers.
