We are a Secondary School in Zaragoza which, in addition to the usual teaching (ESO and Baccalaureate), has three Initial Qualification Programmes (Vocational Training Adapted for students with intellectual disabilities), which has been inserting young people into the world of work for 28 years. Although our placement rate in companies is acceptable for the national percentage, we wanted to improve the number of contracts, for this reason we started an exchange of experiences with other countries where we work with the same objectives, in order to implement new ideas that could increase the quality and quantity of our actions and achieve a higher number of contracts of disabled students in companies. Likewise, our programme needed an update, especially in new technologies, for this reason we have tackled the creation of a new website, the production of quality videos and a banner for the entrance of the centre. In this way, together with the presence in social networks and in the media, we have reached the homes of many more families than in other school years, as well as the personnel management departments of many more companies.
