Project summary

The consortium seeks to show the importance that adult educators should educate in motivation, creativity, management skills and all those of the Entrecomp framework, which can help adults in reorienting their professional and personal life. We had already worked with young people and adults to develop entrepreneurial skills within the Entrecomp framework. We mention priorities: social inclusion (analyzing the EU portfolio indicators and Eurostat data), "Extending and developing the competences of educators and other personnel who support adult learners", (promoting the development of competencies of adult educators) "Improving and extending the supply of high-quality learning opportunities tailored to the needs of individual low-skilled or low-qualified adults" (providing methodologies) and "Developing mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of adult learning policies or to track the progress of adult learners" (exchange of good practices).
