Although sexual, reproductive and affective health is an essential component of human development and well-being, and despite the commitments made by governments and multilateral organizations regarding human rights for the migrant population, immigrant women are victims of multiple discrimination and violence that violates their right to sexual, reproductive and affective health and access to basic services in their process of integration into the new host society in a totally invisible and unpunished way, especially when they are in an irregular administrative situation. OCT to NOV 20 | Presentation and planning meetings with participating members / Didactic and methodological training for the facilitators of the process by the coordinating entity, for which various materials were provided. In this way, the sessions and the process could be prepared under the same structure and common content, but also guaranteeing adaptability and flexibility to each local context. NOV 20 to JUN 21 | Execution and dynamization of the photovoice processes in the respective countries, from which a traveling photographic exhibition was generated with the final products created by the participating women in each participating country. At the same time, once a month follow-up and support meetings organized by the coordinating entity were held in which the members shared their experience in the process. JUN 21 | Celebration of the International Week of Good Practices in Valencia, in which work was carried out on the construction of the Good Practices Guide as a final product, some training activities were given, cultural exchange activities were carried out and a photographic exhibition was inaugurated with the final photovoice products from all countries. The project allowed the participating women to create a process of empowerment at the individual but also collective level, from a participatory and creative exercise of social photography driven by emotional introspection, critical thinking and reflexivity. The choice of this methodology contributed to the knowledge of their rights, to strengthen their leadership skills and self-esteem and to create support and care networks among them that have been maintained after the process. On the other hand, the organization of several visits to the different traveling exhibitions in the different countries, the contact and meetings held with political and social actors for the socialization of the process, the active dissemination of it in our networks and the creation and publication of the final products, has made it possible to carry out an exercise of social and political incidence in the face of both civil society and social actors and social and institutional actors. All of this has made it possible to give a voice and a space for vindication to the silenced collective of immigrant women to promote the active exercise of their citizenship and their human rights, leaving a great legacy through their photographic testimonies.
