YES C+C project was created with the aim of enhancing the creative, cultural and digital competences of adult learners through the design of a personalised training programme and access to a online training platform. The specific objectives of the project included co-designing an inclusive and sustainable training programme for adults, enhancing the employability and entrepreneurial mindset of participants in the cultural and creative sector, and contributing to the resilience of the cultural and creative sector through collaboration with other sectors based on principles such as ecological sustainability and social inclusion. The overall objective was to improve the employability and social inclusion of the participants, as well as the sustainability of the project results. YES C+C has produced several tangible and intangible results all available in the project website https://yescplusc.eu/ Several additional outputs have also been produced, such as a project management plan, a risk management plan, minutes of partner meetings and a quality assurance strategy ensuring the effectiveness of all project activities. IO1: Assessment and profiling Toolkit (Pre-training) - Customised and tailor-made strategy. 5 tools have been developed for the definition of the profile of the participants, the monitorisation and evaluation of the results obtained through interview scripts and registration. The aim of this Toolkit is to profile adult learners and develop a personalised and tailor-made strategy to help learners identify their skills and learning needs, and provide them with personalised support to help them achieve their goals. IO2: Digital modular curriculum - learning materials - Mentoring Guide. A Mentoring Guide has been created, which presents the methodology to be followed in the training to obtain the best results, as well as relevant resources. In terms of learning materials, 8 modules have been developed, consisting of a textbook that presents detailed information and complementary activities, an interactive presentation and an evaluation tool. The IO2 provides a flexible and adaptable learning framework that could meet the diverse needs of learners. The learning material developed is intended to be interactive and engaging, incorporating multimedia resources such as videos, audio and other activities to facilitate learning. The modular structure of the curriculum allows learners to progress at their own pace and choose the modules most relevant to their learning objectives. IO 3: Online training platform and pilot test. The digital platform has three main axes: training, self-learning and assessment. The platform has been designed to provide learners with access to a range of learning resources and tools and it serves as a central hub where learners can access the digital modular curriculum developed in IO2, as well as other resources such as multimedia material, quizzes and interactive learning activities. The training platform is designed to be user-friendly and accessible, with a range of features that allow learners to personalise their learning experience. For example, learners can track their progress, set learning objectives and receive feedback and support from mentors. Assessment tools built into the platform allow certificates to be downloaded after the achievement of objectives per module. In order to evaluate and adjust the platform and the curriculum, improving the quality of the final results, each partner has carried out a local pilot test, implementing each of the results and recording feedback from mentors and trainees. A transnational training activity (C1) has also been carried in Alicante out for the project mentors to learn about the platform, the training methodology and the main contents of the course. In addition, 5 multiplier events have been carried out, in the form of national dissemination seminars in all partner countries, to disseminate the transferability and usefulness of the intellectual outputs to potential users, organisations and professionals related to adult education, training, culture and creative sectors, employment, social inclusion, etc. The YES C+C project succeeded in bringing innovative and complementary elements to the field of training for artists and cultural operators, both at national and European level. Through its holistic approach, the creation of a digital training platform and the promotion of international collaboration between participants, the project succeeded in enhancing the employability and entrepreneurship of the artists and cultural operators involved in the project with the potential to strengthen the cultural and creative industry in Europe. Furthermore, the project has inspired the creation of new individual and group (including transnational) cultural and creative projects.

The YES C+C arose out of the need to improve the creative, cultural and digital competences of adult learners in several European countries and aims to develop a tailor-made learning pathway through an educational platform to contribute to the resilience of the creative and cultural sectors, increase the employability of participants, foster social inclusion and strengthen their active role in society. YES C+C Project is based on the needs identified to strengthen the creative and innovation skills of adults to generate social inclusion and employability options in the culture and creative sectors and related economic sectors. Creative and cultural sector was one of the most impacted economic sectors during the pandemic but, at the same time, lots of employment opportunities arises, and adult learner have to increase their competences to work in this area.It is necessary to promote and coordinate actions between multiple public and private actors through specific planning. In general, partner countries lack digital skills, adaptation to new techniques and cross-sectoral innovation to develop their creative ideas and require training in entrepreneurial skills and international connectivity.
