The "CreADtivity: Creativity sessions for vulnerable adults through art" project is a multilateral Strategic Association between 5 European countries (Spain, Italy, Greece, Finland and Slovenia) whose main objective has been to focus on the development of creativity, through activities related to art, in adults, a vulnerable state, thus demonstrating that art and creativity are very useful tools for the development of firm and clear job skills. In this way adults, who have worked and developed innovative ideas with the achievement of strengthening themselves in the personal and work environment, have been greatly encouraged. The results/achievements of the project, in line with the initial objectives of the project, were: 1. Development of a creative art-based learning method, whose content was based on approaches that respond to the particular needs of the target groups, increasing the motivation of adults, improving their self-esteem. 2. The negative aspects caused by the COVID-19 crisis have been reduced, beginning to achieve an attitude change in adults, promoting a positive belief and attitude towards, the creation of opportunities, through non-formal learning based on the creativity 4. Thanks to the modules created, the sessions and the dissemination, Art, Creativity and Culture have been valued as vital tools to strengthen people, achieving aspects such as equality, respect and union. Our target group included adults over 30 years of age, whose vulnerability increased due to the past health crisis. Main phases and activities of the project, according to the achieved results: A. Phase of investigation and implementation of good practices for the development of creativity in adults. An in-depth and demonstrable research has been carried out on: 1- The national situation of each partner country, around the target group. 2- Research on the promotion of creativity through art, as regeneration and social impulse. 3-Preparation of 6 creative modules to implement good practice sessions for adults. B. Short training event for staff members. Between June 6 and 10, 2022, a training mobility event was held in Kokkola (Finland) for partners' staff members. The content of each module was shown, and we all worked on each one of them. In this way, we provided the organizations in our group with greater professional skills, through solid training, which has enriched and strengthened them, complying with the project objectives. C. Between the months of September and November 2022, the sessions for the implementation of creativity in adults were carried out, through the modules developed by the partners. 6 participants per partner were selected to attend the sessions, the feedback was very positive from all the adults. D. At the end of the project, the final product was launched: The "Manual for the development of creativity in adults", this manual can be downloaded on the web and all the networks of the project and of each project partner, and it has been disseminated by a large number of institutions, organizations and interested adults, ensuring the sustainability of the project. The manual has been presented during different local events, in all partner countries. The methodology that has been used to carry out the project has been collaborative and very dynamic among all the partners, through non-formal education activities. Likewise, the partnership has been excellent, uniting ties with all partners. Throughout the execution of the project, the tasks and functions of each one have been clear, constant and fluid communication has been carried out, and the proposals for improvement of the parties involved have always been taken into account. The transnational meetings have been fundamental for a greater rapprochement and cooperation between the partners and the diffusion of the project has been broader than expected, especially at the European level, without ruling out the local and national levels. In terms of results, we have achieved: 1. Through artistic and creative activities, the interest of a large number of adults who are in a situation of vulnerability, due to social and labor causes, aggravated by COVID-19, some of them have started personal projects, which they didn't think themselves capable of starting up, others are improving their businesses. But above all there are now a large number of interested parties, to know the products and carry them out. 2. The final product, includes exchanges of good practices that promote, based on the research and studies carried out, the achievement from creativity, and the personal and professional development of people. 3. Likewise, the final product includes the shared knowledge of institutions, actors and citizens, of the proven benefits of developing creativity, through artistic activities, for the personal and professional empowerment of adults. The impact was positive for all the parties involved but mainly for the adults involved, who have greatly improved their situation through the development of creativity, raising awareness in the community about its benefits, who have discovered new skills and have provided an improvement for their future; The impact has also been very positive for the personnel involved in each partner, who have obtained, thanks to CreADtivity, new non-formal methodologies, increasing their experience in the field of non-formal adult education, through creative methods, enriching their professional profile. The project was closely linked to the concept of "sustainability", by producing many expected benefits. The project has fulfilled its expectations, being able to create results to be used in the long term in all countries, whether or not they were involved, and all these results will be maintained. The "Manual for the development of creativity in adults" can be downloaded free of charge on the website of the project and all partners.

This project, within the extraordinary Erasmus+ call of KA227, was created because the COVID19 pandemic was having a major impact on the European labour market. The International Labour Organisation predicted the loss of 12 million full-time jobs in Europe by 2020. Almost 80% of workers faced job insecurity, including cuts in hours or wages, temporary leave or permanent layoffs. The main need, therefore, was to address the issue of unemployment and social entrepreneurship. As social entities we had to help people in states of vulnerability, to make them more competitive in the labour market or to create opportunities for themselves, to become social entrepreneurs, minimising unemployment and creating social value. Our project contributed to the development of competences and inclusion through creativity and arts, for our target groups enabling them to face unprecedented social risks and challenges. Therefore it is another need of this project to empower adults, in a state of social exclusion, aggravated by the health crisis, through creativity.
