Fighting racism is a battle that must begin with yourself by taking the time to get to know the other person, their culture, their religion and their customs. Then ignorance, prejudice, fear, contempt and exclusion will no longer have reason to be. It also means educating others to be able to go beyond anything that can lead them to racist behavior. This project aims to involve 40 participants in order to promote mutual understanding and solidarity through cooking. We want, from food, to reflect cultural diversity and European citizenship. The participants will cook together for 09 days, they will exchange their own traditional recipes and share their good practices on intercultural management and the means of combating racism. The objectives sought during this exchange are as follows: • Encourage exchanges between young people from different social backgrounds and cultures • Encourage the expression of the young public through the kitchen • Value the work of those who are easily singled out or discriminated against and who often come from elsewhere • Transform the image of neighborhoods and its inhabitants • To enrich the diversity and contribution of migrant populations • Combating racism and discrimination • Exchange and share through cooking
