With the implementation of this project we want to reduce the number of people at risk of poverty and / or social exclusion in the EU. We want to address the problem of social exclusion effectively, understanding the factors that might cause it and propose solutions in this issue. Therefore, the consortium is made up of the EU countries with the highest poverty rates. The main objectives of the TC are: - Raise awareness about the importance of inclusion at local, national and European level, promoting the values of European citizenship and active participation. - Exchange best practices among youth workers from different countries, all of them with high rates of risk of poverty and social exclusion, and who face different realities about aspects and perceptions of marginalization and exclusion, ideas and values on youth work with and for young people with fewer opportunities; -Motivate and train young workers to fight and prevent social exclusion in their activities in the NGO to which they are linked, respecting the values and principles of European youth work for inclusion; - Transfer to the participants concrete tools, methodologies, knowledge about working with young people with fewer opportunities. Encourage the development of skills so that they can work with marginalized groups and young people with fewer opportunities -Empower the understanding and use the Erasmus Plus program. -Develop new local, regional, national and European projects to fight against social exclusion and others that aim to raise awareness among young people about inclusion and equality. -Analyze social exclusion from the point of view of human rights. Non-participation in the life of your community is a person whose rights are not fully guaranteed. All this causes insecurity in everyday life, indifference to politics, social isolation, feelings of alienation and lack of participation, little or no healthy lifestyles, increased indifference and lack of motivation.
