-To explore freedom, unfolding the concept in 4 modules: inner freedom, estructural freedom, inner oppression and structural oppression using methodologies that allow introspection, questioning, order and reestablish values. -Work with different communication channels. -Awaken in youngsters curiosity, trust in themselves and initiative that allows them to follow their dreams from a colective vision, that embraces diversity and looking for the common good. Strategies to lead the youngs to a tolerant and respectful participation, empathic listening and non violent communication, promoting diversity and integrating attitudes towards an inclusive and empathic leadership. -To deepen in the concept of feedback and its importance in the group development. -Methodologies to recognise emotions, neccesities and express them in a constructive way.
