The scope and consequences of organ trafficking have become global. Poverty, vulnerability, eviction, global war conflicts, climate change or disasters natural, etc., have created an unstoppable flow of migrants unstoppable and together with it, a "small" world percentage (each year grows more and more) that is creating a system with immoral practices of exploitation transplantation that form the social context of Commercial donation of living organs. Given this new alarming situation, it is essential to remain attentive to the new modalities that organ trafficking could reach, especially considering the important migrant, displaced and refugee movement that has been experiencing worldwide over the past decade, noting that accurate data is not always available that they realize the whereabouts of these people, being especially exposed to exploitation, trafficking, violence or discrimination. Without clear records, these people do not exist and if they do not exist they can be a perfect victim for mafias that traffic with organs. As a clear example, we could talk about the refugee crisis that has affected Europe, the press and institutions such as UNICEF warned about the disappearance declared by Europol of 10,000 migrant children and unaccompanied refugees who had lost track. For this reason our entity Tangled with the collaboration of the other partner entities of the project, we see the need to: 1- know in depth one of the most immoral and heinous practices that is spreading with the phenomenon of immigration, such as illegal organ trafficking. 2- Know how to differentiate what a legal organ transplant process is (Spain is the first country in the world for this practice) and what are the causes that lead people to commit illegalities and self-harm, through the practice of illegal practices. 3- What tools and channels we have at our disposal to be able to combat this scourge of illegal practice and its eradication Once these needs that are based on our partner entities of the project and part of their volunteers have been analyzed, we have decided to develop this project in Spain because it is one of the countries of the European natural border with the African continent that receives the highest rate of Illegal migrants and at the same time being the first world power in donations and organ transplants voluntarily and legally. In this way, we see that we have the 2 visions of the situation and be able to become aware of the existing problem in a clear and true way through a country that receives an important flow of immigration, at the same time as it has public entities and private individuals who work with successful inclusion policies and on the other hand practice organ transplants with the protocols and processes of the highest quality and transparency in the world while combating the atrocity of the illegal organ market. In order to achieve the following objectives: 1- Inform us and train us about the global problem of illegal migration and trafficking of organs. 2- To make visible through all the target audiences to which the project is destined, of one of the biggest problems that is affecting the immigrant population. 3- Have within our reach resources and tools that can stop illegal organ trafficking and bad practices carried out without any guarantees for the person who lends itself to the illegal donation. 4-Know what an exemplary process of organ donation is step by step. All these needs are fully in line with the priorities of the program in 2019 and for K1 action in particular, when addressing the issue of the inclusion of refugees and asylum seekers, by providing participants, youth workers and volunteers with those skills social networks that facilitate the creation of communication and inclusion channels between migrants and host countries
