Worldwide, 1 in 3 teenagers suffer bullying according to data from the HBSC 2018 of the UNESCO Institute for Statistics. In Spain, 13.4% of boys and 11% of girls report having suffered abuse in the last two months within the school or institute. In the C.D. Chañe these data worry us a lot, because they only refer to physical abuse, when bullying is not only that, but also implies and can be presented in the form of: social isolation, insults, domination, bad jokes, teasing, dissemination of gossip, cyber bullying, marginalization, etc. These facts can generate: - The sedentary lifestyle generated by social isolation, which reduces the time of participation of young people in sports activities. - The stress and anxiety of bullying creates problems in eating habits, leading to diseases such as overweight or obesity, diabetes or anorexia. - The marginalization of subjects can lead them to take refuge in new technologies and video games, which end up becoming bad additions. - The search for escape routes leads to bad habits of life and consumption of harmful or illegal substances. Due to this situation, we want to develop with our partners the project "Sports Metamorphosis". Using alternative sports as a key tool and the values attached to its practice, we believe that we can attack and win the game of bullying. As well as collaterally improve the conditions or diseases linked to this phenomenon, especially by generating healthy lifestyle habits and reducing technological addictions. As general objectives we intend to: - raise awareness about the phenomenon of bullying. - increase the employability of young people, improve the lifestyle of young people, and encourage the practice of alternative sports. These are specified in: 1) Know the different types of bullying and their manifestations 2) Know the perception and feelings of those who suffer bullying 3) Detect and treat bullying behaviors, bad life habits and technological addictions in their environment 4) Create sports tools for the prevention and eradication of bullying 5) Acquire healthy lifestyle habits around alternative sports 6) Foster empathy towards multiculturalism in a rich and diverse society 7) Promote inclusion and respect people regardless of their personal conditions 8) Improve language skills in a foreign language 9) Develop social skills required in the labor market 10) Improve training to access the alternative sports market niche These objectives are aligned with several of the priorities of the Erasmus + program in the field of youth for this year: - Improve the level of skills and competencies of young people, including those with fewer opportunities - Promote participation in the labor market, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity - Recognition of non-formal and informal learning through the tools of the European Union We will rely on a methodology of non-formal education and alternative sports; through dynamics, debates, icebreakers, theaters, sports, cultural visits, theme nights, etc. With these methods we can address the problem of bullying from various points of view, since it can be generated by multiple causes: economic, racial, religious, sexual, cultural, etc.
