Art is a Tranning course for youth workers within the frame of Erasmus + related to how to use DRAMA as a tool of social transformation. This project wants to promote the use of theatre like methodology to develop our personal skills in a clse, experienial, motivational and personal way. During 9 days young people from 9 European countries will work together to find and develop different tools and abilities to promote a social change. Usually we have to face in our life difficult situations and we need to act indifferent ways to do it. That is why we want to use the theatre method to acquiere new social values, interest for ur social environment, and motivation to participate in the social life of their town. This project wants to involve youth workers or people interested in youth (member of associations, teachers, trainers, ...) and specially those who work in the rural development, because we promote the dynamization activities in the rural neighbourhoods led by youth. All along the project we will work different bod expression techniques (dance, yoga, circus techniques, art-therapy...) to get to know better our body. We also will prepare a final perforane where participant can show the others what they have learnt and how. With all of this, participant can experience and recognise how good is be a memeber of a diverse gropu, taking responsability and supporting each others, enjoying a group work, developing communication skills, to be committed, creative, motivated, etc. Among the expected result of the project we want to create a final video were participant tell their experience and how the training has improved their social skills. Objectives: - To develop our social skills though theatre - To understand the meaning of Social Theatre - To train people who work with youth in different areas, though active methodologies and non formal education - To acquire new social values and motivation for participate in the environment improvement - To learn all the necessary tools for developing ourselves in our daily and be able to act and adapt in different situations. The objectives of our project are in accordance with the objectives of Erasmus + and the Key Action 1(KA1). They intend to contribute to the improvement of the skills and competences of young people, to include those with less opportunities andspecial needs, to fully believe in the creativity of young people and their talent to change the world, to promote the impact of this project far beyond the participants´ profiles and to influence the rest of the society. All this while offering support in the trainning of good practice and friendly relationship between the organizations involved in this project.
