The project has a definite goal: Equip 24 workers and youth leaders determined from 10 European countries with the necessary tools to communicate more effectively. We will create a safe space in which our participants can train their speaking skills in order to prepare them to face presentations, workshops or activities related to their youth work. Thus, our course is designed to achieve the following objectives: 1. Train in a practical way and in real scenarios the verbal and nonverbal communication skills of our participants; 2. Share formulas, methodologies and good practices that allow us to create better presentations in the context of our youth work 3. Develop a public event that allows: a) to train in a practical way the oratory of our participants b) to promote inspired and cosmopolitan ideas in our local community 4. Enrich our local public speaking club by combining it with foreign participants interested in the same theme; 5. Open a practical debate on the skills necessary to succeed (professionally and personally) by sharing useful resources with which to train them. 6. Collect all the tips shared in the project in a series of training video pills to be disseminated in all partner countries
