With this project we have wanted to raise awareness among young people who are at risk of social exclusion (excessive use of social networks, coming from rural areas, unemployed, dropping out of school, etc.) and who need additional support to develop their identity, their social skills and their ability to face the challenges of life, to use sport to stimulate their social inclusion process. We have also used mixed sports as a tool to break stereotypes, promote the continuity of the sports practice of adolescents both within and outside the educational sphere, and reduce the existing gender gap. Therefore, the main objectives of this project have been: 1. Promote sport as a social inclusion tool to combat marginalisation and negative stereotypes among young people. 2. To increase the participation of young people in sports. 3. To promote equal opportunities through mixed sports. 4. Exchange good practices and methodological tools related to sport as a tool for social inclusion. 5. To publicise the Erasmus+ programme and the opportunities it offers to young people. 6. To create a network of associations to develop future projects that promote sport as a tool for social inclusion.
