With this project we sought to PROMOTE EMPOWERMENT AND KNOWLEDGE OF REALITY THROUGH THE SOCIAL PARTICIPATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE (SEE-JUDGE-ACT) This project sought to achieve the following linked objectives: 1.- PROMOTE A PROCESS OF REFLECTION, TRAINING AND AWARENESS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ON EQUALITY AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION. (SEE-JUDGE) 1.1.- Promote spaces for reflection and analysis on social norms that, throughout the socialization processes, shape and influence the perceptions, roles, identities and fulfillment of these young people. In this way, the opportunity to reject the macho model and give themselves permission to propose alternative forms of development of their lives, based on non-violence, justice and equity, opens up for us. 1.1.1.- Reflect on the social construction from masculinity and exploit possibilities of change in it. 1.1.2.- Identify gender stereotypes. Deconstruct traditional gender roles and reflect on new equitable gender roles. 1.1.3.- Learn about the evolution of the role of women in history (gender and work: public and private sphere). 1.1.4.- Reflect on and avoid the transmission of stereotypes in the family environment. 1.1.5.- Reflect on and learn about “gender healthy” leisure: social networks, music, movies, games, sports…. 1.1.6.- Detect the "micro-machismo" that we witness in our daily lives and raise awareness to combat "hidden machismo" in a constructive way in search of real equality. 1.1.7.- Learn to use resources and non-sexist alternatives in the use of language 1.1.8.- Work on relationships between equals: self-awareness, empathy and respect 1.1.9.- Learn to deal with bullying 1.1.10.- Analyze the relationships that occur between equals through the RRSS. 1.2.- Work on the issue of conflict resolution, since conflict is something that has occurred both in our society and in Poland and we find it very interesting to see what kind of experiences the participants shared. 2.- ACQUIRE TOOLS FOR THE PARTICIPATION AND INVOLVEMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE CHALLENGES OF THEIR COMMUNITY AND DEVELOP/ CARRY OUT THEIR OWN CRITICAL THINKING.
