The main aim of this project is the creation of a Non-Formal Learning space for Youth Workers whose cornerstone is sustainability in its environmental, economic, social and cultural perspectives, using theatre and NonViolent Communication as principal tools. 24 people from 10 different countries will explore in depth the potential of these arts as powerful tools for Youth Exchanges focused on sustainability and inclusion. They will also discover a set of abilities and skills required to design and develop Erasmus+ projects, including the creation of a network of people and organisations sharing different philosophies that complete each other. The goals of this project are: -To stimulate PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT by experiencing a sustainable lifestyle, receiving practical training in theatre and NonViolent Communication, exploring cultural differences, reflecting on and evaluating their own learning process, facilitated in a safe and trustful environment. -To strengthen the INTERNATIONAL NETWORK of Youth Workers interested in sustainability, fight to climate change, social inclusion, theatre and NonViolent Communication, giving them tools and ideas to start, continue or co-create projects with a shared philosophy and a space for intercultural dialogue open to young people. -To increase YOUTH EMPLOYMENT in ecovillages and rural areas with geographical obstacles, allowing young people to explore different job opportunities in which theatre and NonViolent Communication can turn into instruments for social inclusion. -To support SOCIAL INCLUSION in a way that cultural, linguistic or functional differences can be valued as a greater opportunity of learning and exchange.
