The objective of the project is to improve awareness, knowledge and learning tools regarding gender and equal opportunities related to gender and the sex of people, and to create a safe space for reflection on how these inequalities can generate violence and abusive relationships, in a conscious way or unconscious. The course is aimed at workers, trainers and volunteers of youth organizations. Through social entrepreneurship we want to promote local and transnational initiatives that support relationships of good treatment, relationships of equality from a gender perspective, recognition of the diversity of genders and sexes and inclusion, allowing to explore individual attitudes, values and beliefs in a safe and fair environment that goes beyond the legislation, the country, and specific situations. We acquire through non-formal education and exchange of good practices knowledge, skills and attitudes to accompany and give space for the development of critical thinking to young people in our communities and for the implementation of initiatives with the design of entrepreneurial proposals that promote the social activism and civic participation, equality and equity for women and men. Taking into account the reality of the countries, of the communities, in a European legislative framework, we seek to design collaborative proposals according to the needs of the participants, and trying to solve challenges through small enterprises or proposals for future employability. Social entrepreneurship enables people to act and transform ideas and opportunities into shared value. Fostering learning in entrepreneurial skills informs citizens, as lifelong learners, how to keep up with changing environments, as they not only adapt to change, but also have the future in their hands. The European Commission has been promoting entrepreneurial training for more than a decade, assisting Member States in their effort to allow learners, employees, job seekers, volunteers and innovators the opportunity to turn their ideas into action, adding significant social, cultural and economic value.
