The Exchange is the result of 9 years of collaboration between the entity Federation Léo Lagrange and the Federació Catalana de l’Esplai. Both organizations share the goal of providing international experiences among young people between 12 and 17 years of our projects. The main axis of the Project has been the treatment of issues of Global Citizenship, migration and refuge, interculturality, diversity and SDG-sustainability from a global justice approach to provide new keys and working tools through artistic and creative methodologies. The main objectives of the Project for the organizations have been: 1. Develop new opportunities for collaboration and Exchange between European structures and associations active in the field of youth. 2. Strengthen the capacities of our structures and share experiences and practical knowledge. 3. Incorporate new methods in projects for Young people. 4. Give continuity to the collaboration started 8 years ago. 5. Involve families in the individual development of their children, supporting them in the process of overcoming certain cultural misgivings. And the main objectives of the project for young people have been: 1. Develop leadership skills and responsibility in the realization of projects. 2. Reinforce, directly and indirectly, instrumental knowledge that favour the prevention of school failure and labour insertion. 3. Identify common values between people from different backgrounds, despite cultural differences. 4. Question and denounce the views that perpetuate inequality and discrimination. 5. Feel recognized as agents of opinion and denunciation of the society in which they live.
