The main objective of the project has been to encourage dialogue between the young participants from Greece and Spain and encourage critical thinking through work on a topic that affects us worldwide; the refugees. Promoting among the young participants the European values according to the Treaty of the European Union, as they are; social inclusion, equality, the promotion of constructive dialogue and the promotion of critical thinking. The medium that we have used to carry out this work has been audiovisual. Before carrying out the two exchange trips, we were in contact with the NGO Earth from Patras, which prepared us a videoconference on refugees, the two groups of young people participated in this videoconference, each group from their country, and this was the starting point of the creation work of the short film made in Greece from July 23 to 29 and which was finished and presented during the trip to Spain from September 3 to 7 of this year. Making the short film we have achieve all the objectives set out in the project, mainly benefiting the group of young people who have worked on the project. The dissemination of the short film has allowed us to go a little further, also contributing to raising awareness among the citizens of our municipalities and those who see the work carried out in the Youth Mirror.
