Objectives

*Context: This project called "URBAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP" has been developed in the field of urban culture, with the intention of promoting young entrepreneurship in this field; taking advantage of the talent and positive predisposition of 40 young people from four countries: Spain, France, Italy and Ukraine. This enterprise is based on the creation, production, distribution, circulation and exhibition of both cultural and creative goods and services. Culture is a strategic sector that offers opportunities to innovate and generate employment. Carrying out a market study, drawing up a business plan and looking for the appropriate financing channels are some of the keys to making cultural entrepreneurship projects come true. The main activity took place in Cáceres between September 15 and 22, 2021. *Goals: The activities had important elements of interculturality and European awareness in a transversal way, since the theme of Europe has been the thematic common denominator of everything that has been carried out. The objectives set were the following: 1) Provide young French, Ukrainian and Italian people from Cáceres with a space in which to exchange styles and experiences. 2) Bring the different manifestations of urban art closer to the public. 3) Develop the artistic creativity of the young participants. 4) Presenting art in different facets as a way of transmitting messages of European fraternity. 5) Continue learning self-management of youth initiatives, fully involving ourselves in the entire creation and development process. 6) Innovate in the way of conceiving the involvement of citizens in an artistic creation project. 7) Build fraternity ties in the European Union based on an artistic creation project carried out by several countries. 8) Learn and enrich each other by carrying out joint work between young people from different countries. 9) Learn about the experiences of other young artists in their work with minors at risk of social exclusion.
