We have participated actively in various European projects, even to the extent that today we are experts in the city of Orimattila for Erasmus projects. We have been telling about the importance of projects and helping each other to involve schools in projects. At the city level, the internationalism of schools is very important. Pupils and guardians of our school are actively involved in our internationalism projects. They are our main target group. With the project, we were able to help our students in school's everyday life. The management of emotional and interaction skills is increasingly accentuates, both for adults and children. Through positive pedagogy, we are better able to guide the children interviewed in the desired direction. Positive action models also increase school comfort, which is reflected in the absence and wellbeing of absenteeism. When adults and children thrive in school, it also has positive effects on homes. Student-centred methods give students more opportunity to influence their own studies. They also improve the motivation of learning and, as a result, appear as better learning outcomes.
Our projects, see good in yourself and others, aimed to modernise and develop the school culture. Our school buildings were in renovation and we got modern facilities at our disposal for a year. In Orimattila there was running (2019-2020) The urban update of the Learning support plan. By intensifying the use of learning support resources for both school and city, it was a good and natural place to reform the school's concept of action and practices. The focus of the Erasmus project on positive pedagogy focused on learning emotional and interaction skills is the cornerstone of future mission and practice. With the help of the school staff, you can study positive pedagogic, emotional and interpersonal skills, as well as student centered approaches. With these doctrines, we got the comprehensive know-how we need to underfoot new practices throughout the school. By getting yourself the experience and new ideas, the staff commits and internalize better the desired goals.
