Our chosen courses focused on the support, individual needs and differentiation of different learners as well as positive pedagogy and mindfulness. With these skills, we can customize the culture of our school so that our school is for each and every one of us. With the help of the methods and strategies learned, we can support individual students better. The participants have selected their courses carefully at the application stage so that they promote our learning and fit our school strategy. The participants have also planned how the learning outcomes can be shared.
We wanted to build an Inclusive culture in our school: inclusive teaching, expertise and learning environments in the community of different learners, teachers and preservice teachers. Our project aimed to increase the inclusive teaching skills of our personnel. The aim was to promote our strategy and our school values so that the school is a place where it is good for everyone to learn. Our goal was to build a more inclusive school, which serves as an example - both nationally and internationally.
