Objectives

Our KA1 mobility project contributed to the goals "well-being of young people, a sustainable future and internationalization". We developed our school's activities in a way that these three priorities are reflected in our teaching and other school activities at school. We aimed to strengthen our partnership with our familiar partner schools, but we also wanted to grow our network and find new European partner schools. We were looking for schools with a strong emphasis on sustainable development and responsibility, with which we could have Erasmus+ accreditation collaboration later in the future. In addition to the development needs of the school, the mobility enabled participants to develop their own teaching methods and skills. Each participant set goals for their own mobility period and professional development. During the job shadowing mobilities the participants observed lessons and planned the future collaboration with the partner school staff members.
