The teacher who participated in the training is interested and motivated to develop his own knowledge in teaching natural sciences. He felt that he had received additional training in the constantly renewing field of natural sciences - the need was also supported by his role at the high school as a member of the curriculum work steering group. Since the leader of the course specializes in teachers' well-being at work, well-being-promoting and stress-reducing methods were also learned in practice. The teacher who participated in the course felt that he also benefited from this, as he also works as a study guide and occupational health and safety representative.
The mobility related to the project was aimed at developing the teaching of environmental sciences at our educational institution. From the perspective of our school's operating culture presented in the beginning of the project application, this project supported, among other things domestic internationalism and international education, because even though it is a matter of natural science teaching development, the goal was also the development of the international competences of the teacher and with it the entire school community. However, the main goal of the project was to develop the school's own operating culture, especially for science teachers from the point of view of teaching. It's not a matter of it being more or less than the teacher's professional skill and with it on the development of the teaching offered at the school.
