We applied because we wanted to offer possibilities for the students to do their internship in abroad and also offer job shadowing possibility for personnel.
We wanted to offer equal and mutual opportunities (for students) to take part an internship in abroad. We want to give our students possibilities to learn by doing in a different cultural environment, so they could expand their existing know-how and learn more. Another important issue is to give an opportunity to improve language skills. Since our studets have disabilities, these internships in abroad develop also their personal development and social skills.
