A special feature of the fields is the multiculturalism of the work communities and the multiculturalism of the clientele. Students need these skills already during their studies, and through the project, with the help of a grant, students will have the opportunity to go on mobility periods to Europe. Teachers and other staff also need to increase and deepen their competence in multiculturalism. We also wanted to increase the technological know-how of the participants.
Our Sanare network has been operating since 2005 and we have had several joint projects. All educational institutions in the network offer degrees and trainings in social and health care as well as education and guidance. A special feature of the fields is the multiculturalism of work communities and customer groups. In the network, we wanted to share our expertise on international issues and apply for grants for student and staff mobility periods. In addition, we wanted to increase the opportunity for disadvantaged students to experience intercultural experiences.
