We wanted to let our participants grow with the feeling of belonging in this multicultural world and empowering them by encouraging them to participate. We also wanted to grow all participants' tolerance, understanding, self-confidence and trust, when they try new working/studying environment and notice that they manage, and sometimes not only manage, but thrive in a different environment. This kind of mobilities also widen participant's view on their own organisation. It is easier to see also good points in one's own home organisation, when one sees conditions abroad and can relatively objectively compare them with ones, they already know well and often consider as self-evident facts that exist everywhere. Often they are not self-evident facts and do not exist everywhere and it is healthy to understand to appreciate it.
This project was applied to internationalize Omnia staff and its students of different ages. Project mobilities were intended to be used to enable both groups' genuine international experience and networking opportunity in their own field in the vocational world of work and education.
