The aim of the mobilities was to increase the pool of teachers able to engage in partnership projects (physical or virtual). Moreover, the other objective was to consolidate language learning. If more teachers are able to teach in a foreign language, this will ensure the sustainability of the European sections, but also offer more language teaching and thus a richer language pathway. At the same time, the consolidation of language learning for pupils requires new learning methods and innovative learning. Structured courses have enabled the development of linguistic and social skills for non-linguistic teachers and the acquisition of new pedagogical tools and methods for language teachers. Participants will choose host organisations according to the language or pedagogical programmes they offer. The observation periods allowed for the development of pedagogical and social skills, the exchange of practices and the acquisition of new pedagogical tools and methods.
The main objective was to promote the school's four languages through the professional mobility of teachers. This project was in line with our school project (axis 3 - European, international and cultural aspect: for a rich linguistic pathway and an opening to Europe and the world). After having obtained two international labels (the Euroscol label and the eTwinning School label), we wanted to continue this dynamic of European cooperation, and to take it to the next level.
