Objectives

In our European Development Plan, we had a triple objective: - an increase in language skills for all - to develop staff mobility in order to increase their cultural, professional and linguistic knowledge. - to develop an international culture, above all a European one, which gives everyone a sense of European citizenship. These objectives were monitored throughout the project, via a document that we set up at the beginning of the project. We can say today that our objectives have been achieved and that we are considering their continuation and maintenance in future projects.

Background

We have been offering our staff mobilities since 2015. The assessment of our latest school project shows the actions that have been implemented in our school over the years in relation to international openness and reminds us how much this has contributed to the improvement of the functioning of our educational system and to the emergence of a European consciousness in the school. The feedback from the participants, both students and staff, is always very positive and the requests for mobility are, each year, more and more important. We have succeeded in creating a real enthusiasm for international projects within our school. Two teachers are ERAIE simply for the Vocational Education section. In the teachers' room, the subject of mobilities constantly comes up in conversation. Our principals also take part in mobilities as well as our administrative staff. All of them want to get involved in the different projects that we propose. We welcome more and more foreigners, students and staff, and these exchanges are always very rich. Many of them wish to participate.
