Through this project, we wanted to be able to offer our pupils and our colleagues a more peaceful working environment. We wanted to develop cooperation between colleagues but also between learners and to enable productive interaction through the construction of common projects, the discovery of different working methods and openness to Europe.
We noticed that our pupils found it difficult to manage their relationship with each other, to understand the sense of community, to integrate what cooperation can do, and to understand what they can learn with and from others. We found that they were terribly lacking in openness to the outside, to the World... We wanted them to discover the Others.
