The implementation of this project aimed at : - Strengthening the training and support of member institutions of the consortium and supporting academic, departmental and local initiatives - Strengthening local management and promoting links between degrees. - Installing a common culture within the establishments and between the establishments involved in the project, and creating working groups - Insuring continuity in the learning pathways - Promoting the mobilities of students and teachers - Increasing the language fluency of teachers who are not language teachers - Reinforcing the European dimension in the Essonne department
The DSDEN has been involved in Erasmus projects since 2018, wishing to highlight mobility as a training lever for its teaching and training staff. On the strength of this experience and wishing to open up the training, Madame l' IA-DASEN, in post in 2020, wanted the DSDEN to respond to it through the theme of the school climate. This choice was reinforced by the publication of the academic project 21-24 whose markers invite to “Learn, flourish and transform”. The importance of these themes has been, among other things, reinforced by: - national systems such as the pHARe project (50% of establishments in the department were certified from the start of the 2021 academic year and 100% since the start of the 2022 academic year) and the policy of establishments assessments. - academic initiatives: The “Motiva’Action” project aims to develop the socio-behavioral skills of students aged 6, through the training of their teachers (200 teachers of year 2 in Versailles academy); - departmental initiatives: Harassment prevention kit on loan in all districts; creation of the departmental unit PAIRE .
