I wanted to have a more theoretical approach of the problem (Communication, Collaboration, Creativity and Critical thinking) and then find clues or ideas to implement these ideas so that students become more active in class and learn in a different way. That will be very useful, first when I am back in class with my students. I will find easier ways to make them work together and give them common goals to achieve together. Then when we welcome our European partners, it will also be useful to find ideas of communicative strategies to implement so that students get to know each other more easily, not to lose time with introverted students who don't dare going to others.
I applied for this formation as I already implement Erasmus projects at school and I wanted and needed to know more about soft skills like communication, collaboration and critical thinking and ways to use them efficiently in class.
