Through this project, we want to act in these areas by being inspired by the good practices of other European schools and by training ourselves in innovative uses of digital technology. It is a question of examining our pedagogical and educational practices, but also our relations with students and parents, and our interactions between services (administration and school life, school life and teaching staff, teaching and maintenance staff, etc.). Our desire is threefold: to increase our professional skills, to strengthen team cohesion in order to team cohesion to be able to bring collective solutions and to improve the organization of the establishment by acting on the links between the services.
This ambitious and innovative project for our high school aimed to mobilize the entire staff around the priority issues arising from the shared diagnosis of our educational community. Our three objectives: assiduity - internationalization - employability are intimately linked: studies show that participation in international mobility has a direct impact on the employability of students. In the same way that improved student attendance will increase their skills, their success in exams and their employability, etc..
