The implementation of this project for the teaching and administrative staff has allowed the development and acquisition of new skills, to federate teams around new projects, and is the trigger and emulation for all the staff to other future mobilities. It gives a more complete view of the way of teaching and cooperating in Europe.
Our project "Allez plus loin" is the lever for the development of our international opening policy and for the dynamics of our pedagogical and administrative teams in the discovery of other practices leading to pedagogical projects of cooperation and the use of new management tools for the benefit of our students. Mobility allows the acquisition of professional and personal skills for all the teams of our school group and the diffusion of the results among peers develops a greater attractiveness in European cooperation.
