The project aimed to meet needs: - linguistic needs to progress, to improve or to follow courses, to embark on professional training in Europe and to create links conducive to partnerships, to be able to welcome our European partners during our exchanges - professional training, in didactics and in knowledge of European companies and their practices - organisational, to strengthen the school's long-term capacity to carry out projects in Europe. The aim was also to motivate, to give impetus to management and training, to enhance the value of people in their functions by participating in mobility to impact the LP teams on their return through various actions. Many participants had their first experience of mobility and the commitment to this project allowed us to enhance the commitment of our teams in various fields and projects. We have promoted European mobility through the real impact of the lessons learned on the return of colleagues. We reassured the teams who were questioning themselves by discovering new practices and making them their own. We have promoted exchanges within, between and outside schools.
Since 2014, the Lycée Professionnel Paul Langevin has wished to be develop its European Development Plan. The success of the projects carried out since 2016 in Consortium (for the mobility of students in training in European companies) naturally led to the application for the 2020 project, the first objective of which was to maintain this European openness and to encourage a dynamic and enrichment within the staff who are highly motivated and stable. This environment allows us to experiment with new working and management methods to meet the specific needs of the public. In order to provide the best possible support and motivation for the young people in our care, the LPPL has chosen to train its teams at various levels so that trust and professionalism are principles that are put into practice on a daily basis thanks to Europe. We want to enrich professional training by developing new teaching techniques. We offer quality training with a European section and better trained teachers. The teams are supervised by people who are able to disseminate the knowledge gained during previous mobilities.
