With this mobility program 5 targeted purposes: 1) Promoting European openness and the notion of "European citizen" (young people in training and staff of the educational community) 2) Raising awareness of the European dimension 3) Reinforce the participation of the various services and personnel during events related to Europe Teaching and non-teaching staff are involved in the training of the young people entrusted to us. 4) Strengthen the knowledge and use of foreign languages. 5) Share educational techniques
Our establishment project defines as main axis the international opening via twinnings, internships abroad and cultural exchanges; also, we are committed to offering young people in training quality education, open to other cultures and other languages. It is an essential lever to motivate them and encourage them to explore other areas. In addition to educational trips, or school exchanges, we allow, since 1998, with European programs to carry out 4-week internships for our Bac Pro sections (Management Administration, Commerce/Sales and Optical Eyewear). To implement the range of our actions (accompaniment of young people on placements abroad, dedicated days, etc.) the members of the educational team must get involved and be proactive; also the MASTERY OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE is essential to communicate, whatever our position in the establishment. Language can no longer be an obstacle to international openness, the mobility of teachers and staff in connection with these actions is an ESSENTIAL LINK for the implementation of such projects. This mobility program is therefore a means of achieving this objective.
