The consortium was born following the discovery of the project «Training of teachers for inclusion» (European Agency for Adapted and Inclusive Education), in order to respond to a problem focused on priority education, majority in our territory. The circonscription encompasses heterogeneous inclusive realities, related to problems with variable geometry, constantly evolving and to be taken into account for the implementation of a school of trust. The challenges of an inclusive school are to better welcome parents, to optimize the schooling of students and to accompany the work of teachers by offering training as close as possible to the needs, better monitoring of inclusive pathways and the upgrading of the quality of actions. The openness to fight social determinism, an issue shared by all the projects of the participating schools, also helps to promote and accompany the fight against radicalisation and the values of the Republic, to build and strengthen our collaboration with our partners in order to create a real European identity. The project aims to continue over time (student mobility, development of transversal skills).
