Objectives

With the implementation of this project, we wanted to obtain more concrete and transferable knowledge in the field of inclusive EPS in an education system renowned as one of the most efficient in the world according to international surveys and reports. As a reminder, the initial objectives were very targeted: 1) Educational methods and practices on the special educational needs of students, particularly in EPS 2) Interdisciplinary EPS / LVE 3) Teaching and learning foreign languages 4) English language development This was done through the study of a (Finnish) education system on the question of inclusive schooling with the prism of special educational needs (among which, school rhythms and the question of the different times of the child ).

Background

To provide a response to the needs observed in the department regarding inclusive schooling. It turned out to be judicious and relevant to develop the pedagogical skills of the participants (from three poles: EPS, LVE and ASH) thanks to: - exchanges of teaching practices likely to best support the inclusion of pupils with special educational needs; -the development of better teaching methods, through innovative approaches to learning; -to the comparative study of the French and Finnish educational systems. The aim is to find elements of didactic and pedagogical cultures suitable for enriching their knowledge of inclusion and special educational needs. In addition, this project wanted to lead to the creation of a group dynamic and the improvement of teachers' practices, as well as the collaboration between trainers and teachers for inter-degree, inter-cycle and interdisciplinary liaison. This would also make it possible to disseminate their knowledge and feed their interventions later, for the benefit of teachers, district or school teams.
