Background

The Erasmus + mobility project for 2022 started to be written in June 2019 and it follows the mobility jobs and school trips that had been previously organized abroad by our organization, as part of its opening to the international. The Reunion Island context and the problem of dropping out of school make and encourage us to find educational responses and partners, particularly in Europe. The development of teachers' skills is essential to adapt to the needs of a school public who mainly comes from a disadvantaged background, a migrant public, and to meet the challenges of equal opportunities, education to citizenship, the management of heterogeneity, pedagogical differentiation and the inclusive school. As part of our application, we have selected topics about improvement identified by the educational authorities of our establishment - plurilingualism, interculturality, feeling of belonging to Europe, innovation, sustainable development - as training themes. The selected host organizations offered structured courses that matched with our topics in terms of content, innovation and interculturality.
