Objectives

With this project, we wanted to ensure that European mobility is at the service of the ambition of the students. The Clément Ader high school suffers from notoriety and it is misunderstood or even mistreated by a negative image conveyed by people outside the school, which is why the revitalization and recognition of our establishment depends on the efforts made at the level of the European sections and the communication around the various possibilities offered to the entire educational community. One of our objectives was to allow everyone quality mobility. Through this mobility, the open-mindedness and skills that our students acquire, we will promote the pursuit of studies in higher education or even abroad. The recognitions acquired should allow easier integration into the higher education course. We want our teachers to be ready to encourage mobility among our young people, which is why we have favored observation stays, structured courses and teaching assignments abroad. Access to mobility abroad makes it possible to understand the interest of being able to communicate with European counterparts.

Background

We applied for this project to continue the Erasmus dynamic within our school. In fact, more and more students are aware of our approach and are asking to join our school in order to be able to move to Europe. We want to go further in the process and promote mobility for all. We will develop vocational skills for our young people to improve employability. As far as staff are concerned, we want them to be made aware that exchanges, courses or teaching in European establishments add value to their careers.
