The initial objectives of VOLEO 2 project were to : - Open and deploy our mobility action for our apprentices in the vocational schools of the group created in 2020 ; - Increase and develop the professional and transversal skills of the learners: to boost their professional techniques, to communicate in a foreign language, to get involved and participate in social life as a European citizen; - Improve the quality of vocational training and support towards employment; - Promote a qualitative and faster integration into the labor market; - Integrate the skills acquired during the mobility in the training course and in the progress of the trainee/apprentice.
OSENGO is a VET training centrer located in 4 regions in France (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Occitanie Pyrénées-Méditerranée, Nouvelle Aquitaine and Centre Val de Loire) which has recently opened vocational schools in these same territories. OSENGO is specialized in sending trainees for internship in companies in the frame of European mobility projects since 1994. VOLEO 2 project is part of our policy of opening up to the international market by : - continuing to mobilize to offer its learners an adapted training program that is open to the international scene; - pursuing its European commitment in the regional territories of each agency and vocational school of the group; - offering inclusive training opportunities and skills adapted to today's job market, where certificated mobility projects are developing; - actively participating in European ambitions in terms of mobility through the implementation of the European ECVET system; - exchanging with its European partners on current issues and drawing inspiration from their good practices on measures such as zero waste awareness or the integration of migrants; - by involving VET professionals in the organization of learning mobilities.
