For the pupils, this involved training activities in cooking, service and reception depending on the classes and the pupils' specialities. The students were in companies for 4, 6 or 7 weeks immersed in European work teams. For the staff, these were immersion activities for observations and exchanges of good practice in both companies and partner schools.
The Georges Frêche high school is a flagship of international education in the academy, its policy of international openness is very proactive, it covers several levels and sectors of the school which offers Secondary Education (CAP, Bac pro, Bac Techno, complementary Mentions), Higher Education (BTS Hotel Management, BTS Tourism), Apprenticeship (1 class of bac pro + 1 class of BTS), Continuing Education (GRETA). We are trying to include as many of these courses as possible in mobility thanks to the European schemes (Erasmus+ K102, K103, Pro-tandem), so it is natural to develop a K102 project for the mobility of our secondary school pupils. Concerning the staff in mobility, they all need in situ training to be able to reproduce and transmit their learning outcomes to both colleagues and pupils. Teachers are also very much in demand for European training and exchanges of good practice with our European partners.
