Objectives

The objectives stem from the axes of the establishment project: - OE1: develop a European civic culture within the establishment. Mobilities (Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Ireland and Spain) allow participants to overcome stereotypes and prejudices to move towards greater respect for others. - OE2: In a professional sector in technical adaptation (global warming), it is strategic for the establishment to guarantee a high success rate in exams and to prepare young people for the targeted job. Mobility shows that, in addition to technical skills, participants develop a reflective and analytical view of their practices, which allows them to obtain a better success rate in the exam. In addition, mobility abroad opens registration for the optional mobility option for obtaining the vocational baccalaureate. - OP1: Mobility contributes to citizenship education. They promote differentiated and active teaching methods by exchanging practices between high schools. - OP2: The project makes it possible to guarantee a better knowledge of the differentiated functioning of the professional sector concerned by the staff members.

Background

EPLEFPA E.Pisani has more than 15 years' experience in organizing professional or technological mobility. The internship in a company abroad built as a structuring element of their educational path is eagerly awaited by parents. The Board of Directors in 2019 validated the fact that this internship contributes to achieving the objectives of the establishment project: Axis 1: strengthen the image of the EPL by developing partnerships with companies in the agricultural sector or sale in pet stores Axis 2: Axis 2: 100% citizen - be an actor in civic life. The Erasmus project is part of active approaches in compliance with the principles of non-discrimination and inclusion Axis 3: Adapt and develop the consideration in the training of our learners of the issues of sustainable development and climate change Axis 4: Strengthen synergies between the constituent centers of the EPL. European mobility projects are valuable tools that make it possible to achieve these strategic axes in a principle of transparency since learners and staff members are supported in order to build an individual project that is meaningful in view of professional projects. In addition, Erasmus mobility contributes - to reinforce active teaching practices, based on real-life situations. This is included in the local plan to teach to produce differently in the school. - to the mobility option and to reinforce the critical analysis of the problems of producing differently in a context of global warming. This is an asset for graduation
