Background

PPIILOTE - Heads, Teachers and Inspectors: Innovating in Logistics and Transport thanks to Europe - is aimed at the staff of five vocational high schools representing the transport and logistics network of the new Normandy Academy. In view of the merger of the two academies in 2020, a consortium has been built, on an inter-academic format. The administrative coordinator IFPRA Normandy, the DAREIC and two inspectors provide pedagogical guidance. This project responds to the challenge of insufficient mobility which heavily penalizes the territory, the lack of openness and educational ambition, significant social determinisms as well as changes in our education system and more particularly the transformation of the professional path. The objective is to raise awareness among supervisory and teaching staff of the issue of international openness in order to encourage students as closely as possible with the aim of enriching their careers and preparing them as well as possible. to their professional life. The PPIILOTE project is based on the assumption that in order to develop student mobility, a culture of mobility must be encouraged in schools and in the academy at the level of each category of staff.
