Objectives

The MFR Hauts de France consortium wanted to make mobility a strong focus of training pathways, as invited by the third mission of agricultural education and the national project of the MFR movement. The 11 MFRs of the consortium wanted to allow learners, enrolled in a qualification pathway, to live a professional experience in a European country, to increase their employability but also to develop more autonomy and improve language practice. The feeling of belonging to the European community by living a professional experience in an agricultural or para-agricultural enterprise in a member country, was also an objective We wanted to promote a harmonized network policy by developing common procedures and tools, thus pooling our skills and valuing our experiences. We wanted to further professionalize European mobility referents, directors and presidents of the MFR by offering them a mobility of teaching and training missions abroad, offering them an opportunity to develop their skills, exchange practices and thus become ambassadors of mobility with learners, parents and administrators, thus impacting the decisions of associative governance
